Erich Bloxdorf is a senior executive with deep experience leading companies through strategic visions that increase growth, market share, and profitability. Working at the C-level for more than 15 years, Erich has developed core strengths in organizational leadership, association management, business development, fundraising, marketing, and building effective teams. His track record of results includes the co-development of a business plan that raised $2 million in start-up funding, leading Chamber of Commerce fundraising efforts that generated $5 million in commitments, significantly increasing market share for a real estate firm through a successful corporate acquisition and launch of new product lines, and achieving record mortgage origination and profitability for a local mortgage servicing operation. Specific to the banking industry, Erich had a successful 18-year career, culminating in the position of president and Chief Executive Officer of Town and Country Bank of Springfield and Town and Country Banc Mortgage Services, Inc.
As the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Illinois League of Financial Institutions, Erich leads a boutique trade association focused on the growth and support of thrifts, savings and community banks throughout the state of Illinois. He oversees efforts that include focused advocacy, expansion of educational programs, and development of products and services that help ILFI members thrive.
